Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned Seth Rollins was injured during Monday Night Raw and multiple sources tell us his status for WrestleMania 33 is currently up in the air.

The injury occurred during his encounter with Samoa Joe on Raw and right now Seth is hoping for the best as he waits for results from the doctor he met with today.

WWE.com says it's Seth's knee that was re-injured.

Rollins returned from an ACL injury in May of last year and all signs have been pointing to a match against Triple H at WrestleMania in April.

We're told producers behind the scenes are already working on other possible scenarios for Hunter at Mania should Seth's injury require time off. We'll keep you updated once we know more.

UPDATE: Seth just posted a photo from the doctor's office.

UPDATE 2: Rollins just tweeted a statement that says, "Wanted to take a second to thank everyone who has reached out to me over the last two days. Life doesn't always go your way, but that is no excuse to surrender. If anything, obstacles exist to help us grow and evolve."

Adding, "This re-injury to my surgically repaired knee is real and a lot is up in the air right now, but one thing remains constant: my resolve. This doesn't end for me until I've reclaimed the throne And for me, fighting and defeating Triple H is the only way. I will work harder than I ever have and push myself beyond what I know. This isn't over. The only way to wear the crown is to slay the king. I know what must be done and there's nothing that can stop me."
