Wrestling star Scott Steiner witnessed an attempted murder outside of an Atlanta Hardee's on Friday ... and his on-camera talk with a reporter the next day is the most calm interview he's ever done.
According to WTVM, one driver was seen chasing/shooting at another vehicle and his target crashed into a building next to a Shoney's -- coincidentally owned by Steiner -- while trying to get away.
Scott was interviewed by CBS46 the next day and told the station, "It was pretty, pretty freaky ... but ya know, it's a once in a lifetime thing. It's a pretty mellow place around here."
The victim was shot multiple times but is expected to survive, according to reports.
