Ryan Shamrock -- the kayfabe sister of Ken Shamrock in WWE -- suffered a seizure Thursday while working in Orange County ... and the former valet says her nose is broken in two places from the fall.

Alicia Webb a.k.a. Ryan Shamrock tells Pro Wrestling Sheet she was hit with a sudden wave of exhaustion while manning a booth at a health expo and suffered a seizure minutes later.

Webb says she dropped face first to the floor and broke her nose on both sides.

Doctors ran further tests at the hospital to figure out what caused the seizure ... but Alicia tell us they weren't able to pinpoint the problem -- which is obviously a scary situation for anyone.

Shamrock says she'll be getting surgery soon to fix her nose, but for now is just trying to stay positive about the situation.
