Rusev had an interesting reaction when Vince McMahon said he'd be facing The Undertaker in a casket match at Greatest Royal Rumble ... he laughed in the chairman's face.

Rusev made the comments during the latest episode of WWE Network's Ride Along series while behind in the wheel in a car traveling with Lana and Aiden English.

"I love how you just laughed in the chairman's face -- in one of the biggest matches of your career," English said in reference to the backstage moment.

The Rusev Day leader also reflected on his infamous "Bury me softly, Brother" tweet directed towards The Deadman. He recalled, "And what did I get for it? I got pulled out."

As you may remember, Rusev was briefly removed from the match and replaced with Chris Jericho.  Seemingly out of the blue, however, he re-appeared in advertisements for the match.

Rusev explains,  "And then the prince called, he told me 'Rusev Day is coming to town, baby!'"

The Bulgarian Brute seems to be saying Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman made a call to WWE officials on his behalf to insert Rusev back into the match.
