Two NXT UK competitors appear to be on the shelf for at least the next few weeks due to injuries.

Travis Banks tweeted he's still recovering from a dislocated shoulder he hurt about a month ago.

"Initially, I thought I would be clear to wrestler sooner rather than later.  However, that hasn't been the case," Banks wrote in Twitter.

He says he currently isn't cleared and doesn't have a return date.

Banks made his WWE debut in 2017 at Wrestlemania Axxess.  Since that time, he participated in the second WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament and was expected to be a mainstay on the NXT UK roster. He recently missed dates during PROGRESS' U.S. tour due to the shoulder injury.

A competitor in the first WWE UK Championship Tournament, Sam Gradwell, revealed his WWE physical showed a possible re-injury of his left ACL.  Gradwell had it reconstructed in 2012.

"Apologies to those who were looking forward to seeing me wrestler over the coming weeks," he wrote.  "Hopefully, it's nothing major, and I'll be back ASAP."

Gradwell says he's waiting on an MRI to assess the extent of the damage.
