NJPW World has released an apology for the streaming issues their platform suffered during the beginning of Wrestle Kingdom 13.

Subscribers reported login issues during the first 90 minutes of the show and many voiced their frustration via social media.

NJPW responded to this by writing: "During the period from 16:00 to 17:20, access was concentrated, making login and new registration difficult."

"The server faced too much," the company added (via rough translation). "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to our customers."
