The battle between New Day and The Elite at E3 in Los Angeles ended with lots of tears on Thursday -- but not for the reason you'd think.
Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks faced off against Xavier Woods, Big E and Kofi Kingston in a team battle exhibition live at E3 2018, playing Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition.
The trash talking kicked off right away between the two teams, with Matt Jackson saying the Bucks would virtually superkick New Day back to WWE's midcard.
Nick Jackson went up first against Kofi, but was met with defeat. Next up was Kenny vs. E, and Omega swept their battle with ease. Xavier Woods played against Matt Jackson in the final round and was dominant in their encounter, leading his team to victory.
Omega then challenged Woods to a best of five battle and it was agreed that the loser would eat a habanero pepper. After an intense battle, Kenny was victorious.
