WWE star Kane aka Glenn Jacobs is one step closer to becoming mayor today after reportedly winning the Republican primary in Knox County.
According to WATE.com, all 89 precincts have reported and Jacobs defeated Brad Anders by 17 votes with a total of 14,633 to 14,616 votes.
The results will not be official until next week, however, because the The Knox County Election committee says there are still provisional ballots to count.
The final election takes place in August.
