Jordan Devlin -- who competed in WWE's UK title tournament -- will not be wrestling in New Orleans this weekend due to a thumb injury, but the wrestler says it won't require surgery.

Devlin tweeted, "So it turns out I dislocated my thumb Friday night at [Fight Club Pro] and then managed to break it putting it back in, because I'm a genius. Last night the specialist said that it doesn't need surgery but I'll be in a cast for the next month at least."

This means Jordan will be missing a scheduled appearance at WWE Axxess, among other bookings in NOLA. He's also be unable to compete at OTT Wrestling and Rev Pro events this month.

The 28-year-old expects to be back in the ring next month.
