Former Impact executive Jeff Jarrett has returned home following a 2-month stay in rehab.
Karen Jarrett shared a photo update on social media showing the couple laying on the couch together and the caption was merely a hashtag saying "all is right in my world."
As we previously reported, Jeff made the decision to get help back in October and went to a WWE sponsored rehab facility following a public drunken incident.
Since then, Don Callis and Scott D'Amore have taken over as Executive Vice Presidents of the company and will soon have their first taping in charge.
