Lucha Underground star Aero Star pulled off an out of this world move at the company's SXSW event ... and the video is something you've gotta see to believe!

The crazy dive went down during the opening 4-way match between Aero Star, Pentagon Jr., Son of Havoc and Drago at Austin Warfare -- the company's first live event outside of Boyle Heights.

We're told that even though the wrestler appeared to be slightly injured after the jump, sources say he was checked out by doctors backstage and the most serious injury he sustained was a bloody nose.

Austin Warfare also featured Mil Muertes vs. Fenix and Rey Mysterio/Cage/Prince Puma vs Johnny Mundo/Jack Evans/PJ Black.
